Home town of Janos Kis was Szuerte, Ung Medgye, Hungary. After the Russian invasion of WWII, the border was changed, putting it inside of the Ukriane. It was then renamed Strumkovka. If I’ve got it right, Strumkivka is the Ukrainian spelling, Strumkovka the Russian.
